Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is an outline of our shipping policy:

1. Free Local Delivery in Guelph
We are happy to offer free local delivery within the Guelph area on all orders over $75. Orders must meet this minimum requirement to qualify for free delivery.  Deliveries are typically made within 1-3 business days, and we will notify you when your order is on its way. Orders outside Guelph have a shipping fee of 19.99.

2. Delivery to Other Areas
For deliveries outside of Guelph, shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and the postal service rates. The cost will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your delivery location.

3. Shipping Times
Once your order is processed, we will ship it out as soon as possible. Delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping service used. Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery in most cases.

4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure that all orders are delivered promptly, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including weather, holidays, and postal service delays. Please allow for extra time if your order is being delivered during busy seasons.

6. International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping options and will update our policy if we begin offering international shipping.
